This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit threedigitalmedia.com or send us an enquiry, why we process it, on which legal basis, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

Each time you visit the website, your browser automatically sends technical data to our server: IP address, date and time of access, the page visited, browser type and version, operating system and the referring website. This data is needed to deliver the page, keep it secure and fix errors.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log data is kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.
The website is hosted by HITROST.COM d.o.o., Cesta železarjev 8b, 4270 Jesenice, Slovenia, with whom we have a data processing agreement. The servers are located in Slovenia.
When you use the equipment rental form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, company, rental period, selected equipment and your message. We use this data to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the rental.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot process your enquiry.
Enquiries reach us by email and are also stored in the website database. We keep enquiries for 365 days after our last contact and then delete them. If a rental takes place, invoices and other accounting records are kept for the periods required by tax law (10 years for invoices).
If you email us at info@threedigitalmedia.com, we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract or performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for general questions our legitimate interest in answering messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for 365 days after our last contact, unless we need them to perform a contract or to meet legal obligations.
We use Google Workspace for email, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We have a data processing agreement with Google.
This website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are set without consent because the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are only set if you agree to them in the cookie banner.
We use the WebToffee Cookie Consent plugin to manage consent. It stores your choice in the “wt_consent” cookie in your browser. The legal basis is our obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR). With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
Google Analytics processes usage data such as pages visited, time of visit, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, Google Analytics sets no cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
The videos in our portfolio are delivered through the Bunny.net content delivery network, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. When a video plays, your IP address and technical browser data are sent to Bunny.net servers; without this the video cannot be delivered. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing our work quickly and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
On the equipment rental page we load an animation library (GSAP) through the jsDelivr network, operated by Volentio JSD Limited, England and Wales. Your IP address and technical browser data are sent to jsDelivr servers in the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in fast page loading (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The United Kingdom is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.
The website contains a link to our Instagram profile. It is a plain link: no data is sent to Instagram unless you click it. Once you visit Instagram, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited applies.
Google may also process data in the United States. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply as well. jsDelivr (United Kingdom) is covered by an adequacy decision. All other data is processed in Slovenia or elsewhere in the EU.
